About me

Mindfulness has always been a part of my life, embracing the connection between mind and body.

From the early teens, I wanted to be a psychotherapist where I can use my skills to help people to deal with underlying issues.

Having a deep desire for the practice I chose to pursue it as a career. Now in my second year of my practitioner qualification, I am building my experience and client base.

Wanting to deepen my knowledge on techniques and body-mind connection, I have completed The Walters Method course for practitioners and currently working under supervision Clare Walters, creator of the method.
